This leafy pie crust is easier to pull off than it looks. Simply punch out a few dozen dough leaves with leaf-shaped cookie cutters and layer them in concentric circles starting from the outer rim and moving inwards towards the center of the pie.
Once you try out one of the simpler leaf pie crusts, you're ready to take on this intricate design that includes a leafy outer crust with a braided lattice over the top of the pie.
