Babe actor James Cromwell was arrested for trespassing on Monday, not long after serving time in jail for a 2015 arrest. Shortly after his recent sentence, the actor revealed he wouldn't allow it to deter him from future protests.

"I don't separate things in my life," he said. "Who I am is what I do—I act, I practice my craft, and I also stand up for the things I believe in. That's what we all have to do."

This time, the 77-year-old was apprehended for his involvement in a protest at SeaWorld San Diego's "Orca Encounter".

Armed with a megaphone and wearing a t-shirt that read "SeaWorld Sucks", James led a group of PETA protestors in warning the crowd about the amusement park's alleged abuse.

Footage of the action was shared on PETA's Facebook page:

After several minutes, police can be seen arresting the former Oscar-nominee and his fellow demonstrators. The group was placed in handcuffs before being led away from the show, which continued through their disruption.

"Orcas deserve a full life in the ocean, not a life sentence of swimming endless circles until they drop dead from disease," James said in a statement from the animal rights organization. "My friends at PETA and I want SeaWorld to move these intelligent animals to seaside sanctuaries without delay."
