Christmas movie fans, get ready! Netflix is gearing up to release another holiday movie this weekend.

On Friday, Dec. 15, the streaming service will premiere Christmas Inheritance, its second original holiday film ever. Just like your other favorite holiday movies from the Hallmark Channel, the saccharine comedy will feature some romance, a slightly cheesy but oh-so-wonderful plotline, and plenty of Christmas cheer.

Christmas Inheritance follows the story of Ellen (Eliza Taylor), a less-than-responsible young woman set to inherit her father's company and fortune. To make sure she's ready, he sends her back to visit his small hometown, Snow Falls, where she'll discover the real meaning of hard work and the spirit of the holiday season—all while she falls in love and makes a few quirky friends along the way, of course. Actors (and familiar faces) Andie Macdowell and Jake Lacy also star in the movie.

The new Netflix original movie comes just a few weeks after the platform's first-ever Christmas movie, A Christmas Prince, premiered over Thanksgiving weekend. Given that A Christmas Prince proved to be wildly popular, we predict this new one will be a smash hit, too.

You can watch the full trailer for Christmas Inheritance on Netflix, and be sure to set up your DVR for the rest of these holiday movie showings.
