Fixer Upper stars Chip and Joanna Gaines, transformed a farmhouse in McGregor, Texas, into what's now Magnolia House, a popular vacation rental spot that sells out its reservations nearly instantly. And now, reservations are about to open up on a brand-new Magnolia rental—but you'll have to act fast.

On Wednesday, Joanna announced on Instagram that she and Chip are opening up a second vacation rental, this time right in Waco. The home is called the Hillcrest Estate, and reservations begin this fall. "Chip and I had so much fun restoring this old Waco icon," she wrote on Instagram. "This house dates back to 1903 and we definitely kept its old world charm."

According to the Waco Tribune-Herald, Chip and Joanna bought the six-bedroom house in April 2016, and the previous owners fully renovated it but couldn't sell the place for more than a year. "My greatest fear was that the house would fall to someone who didn't appreciate it or have the financial resources to continue to care for it," Garry Dossey, a dentist in Waco, told the newspaper. "A 110-year-old house needs some care. I think the Magnolia people will have the resources to do it." At least when they bought it, the home had a large back porch, an old servants quarters, and a chapel-gazebo on the grounds. Wide Open Country has photos of the home pre-Magnolia, and notes it was previously called the "Bradshaw Estate" by locals. You can check out the home's listing on Zillow for more information.

If you want first dibs on renting out the Hillcrest Estate, you need to sign up for the Gaines' newsletter, which you can do here. Reservations for September through December 2017 will open to newsletter subscribers on August 8 at 9 a.m. (They're also giving away a two-night stay, if you're feeling lucky!)
