There have been some casting changes on Last Man Standing since the show was canceled by ABC in 2017 and then picked up by Fox earlier this year. First, there was the recasting of grandson Boyd Baxter and the introduction of foreign exchange student Jen. But one of the most notable changes has been the recasting of Mandy, the Baxter family’s middle daughter.

Molly Ephraim played Mandy for Last Man Standing's first six seasons, but when the sitcom was canceled she took on other acting roles and wasn't able to rejoin the show when it was revived.

Ephraim was replaced by actress Molly McCook, but for some reason, fans aren't eager to accept the new Mandy, and they have been voicing their frustrations online.

Fans often directly tweeted their complaints to Ephraim, and they also begged her to come back to the show. It seems like the constant online backlash finally got to the actress, as her Twitter account has been deleted. It's still unclear if Ephraim or someone on her team purposely deleted the account, or if it was taken down for other reasons.

You can still keep up with Ephraim on Instagram, and as Heavy.com points out, her last photo was posted the same day that Last Man Standing's second episode of season seven aired.

On McCook's part, she seems to be taking the criticism in stride. Last month, she tweeted to fans of the show saying that, "I’m not THAT Mandy. I’m THIS Mandy. I get it. I promise to love and respect your favorite show and YOU."
