Think about it: What do we really know about Hermione Granger's life outside of Hogwarts? Not much. For some reason this character's family life flies under the radar in the series with the exception of one tear-jerker scene in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1.

We won't spoil it for those of you who haven't read the books or watched the movie (but, seriously, what are you waiting for?). However, we will give you a glimpse of what her childhood home looked like in the popular movies.

And it's just as quaint in real life. The detached house is located in a Hampstead Garden suburb and is on the market for $3.1 million. Apparently, it's the first time the 2,490-square-foot house has been for sale in almost 60 years.

On the inside, it's three stories tall and has six bedrooms — way more than what you'd think the Granger's family of three would actually need. But the spacious backyard might be the best part of all. We wonder if Hermione practiced her broom-flying skills back there during her summers away from her beloved Hogwarts.
