It's been a big week for April the Giraffe. First, she finally gave birth to a healthy, 129-pound baby boy on Saturday. Then, on Tuesday, her bundle of joy got to meet his dad, Oliver. The following day, April got another surprise guest: Erin Dietrich, better known as "Giraffe Mom," the woman who went viral in March for posting a video parodying the pregnant giraffe's long road to motherhood on livestream.

Erin gave birth on March 8, way before April (pun intended), to a healthy baby boy named Porter Lane. On Monday, Erin received a phone call from Inside Edition offering to fly her out from her home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to the Animal Adventure Park in Harpursville, New York, to meet the giraffe that has made her famous.

Obviously, she accepted, and the following day she and baby Porter were having a casual play date with a giraffe mommy and her newborn calf. Unsurprisingly, the photos they took together are pure joy.

They got along famously.

April seemed a bit taken aback when Erin took off her mask.

But she absolutely loved Porter and the whole day was incredible.

"The experience was awesome and surreal," Erin told CountryLiving.com. "We are so thankful we got to go up there and meet them!"

April's son doesn't have a name yet because the park is hosting a contest in which people can suggest names for the calf for $1 a vote. However, there is a petition to name the little guy Porter, after Erin's son, which currently has over 359 supporters. Now, wouldn't that just be the cutest thing?
